Carrying on from my last post, I am in a wonderful pink daze at the moment. I can’t seem to get enough of it: blush, fuchsia, rose and salmon, I’m coveting it all and as someone who colour codes their wardrobe (is this okay to admit?), the pink section is growing steadily. I must stop now though as I’m starting to think about Autumn and getting excited for the deep, rich tones which come along with it.
This little top had a starring role in my recent ASOS video and I’m so pleased I’ve had a chance to wear it. It’s certainly a summery piece and I adore the candy stripe pink design with the open back. A little admission here (and perhaps TMI) but I’m not actually wearing a bra which felt wonderfully liberating. I think I might take this sartorial decision more often going forward, taking my outfit into account, of course.
I’ve paired it with my favourite summer accessory this year – I think I need to get a few more wears (and photos) out of this hat before I pack it away – and a duck egg blue skirt from Primark. Both bargains actually, costing only £2 and £8 respectively!
I’m thinking about posting a few more lifestyle posts on here soon, it’s been predominately fashion-based since I started just back before Christmas and it might be nice to put a few more thoughts and daily musings down.
